ALPINE TRAINING DAY - FEBRUARY 26, 2021

Gain extra time on snow and improve your performance and confidence by skiing in our Friday Training Day groups. This is an opportunity for our weekend program athletes and others to train additional Fridays throughout the season and gain extra time on the hill in a mid-week training group environment.

• These training days are open to all U10-U16 athletes.
• Deadline to register is noon on Wednesday prior to that week's training Friday. In order for coaches to provide the best training and experience to the athletes, proper planning and scheduling must be made. Late registrations will not be accepted.
• Program runs 9:30am - 1:30pm

   

  Schedule:

  • 9:30 - Meet on the landing dressed ready to ski
  • 9:30-11:15ish - Technical skills session
  • 15 minute break in gondola room sometime between 11 & 11:30 - athletes must have snacks in their pockets.
  • 11:30-1:30 - Gate training session
  • 1:45 - Wrap up at comp center
  • 2:00 - Pick up at comp center
